I don’t think people think enough about KPI’s in the digital age. Do you really think success should be measured by click through rates ? Or impressions? Or likes? Or views? Or comments ? Or social sentiment ? KPI’s are vital and they shape the work we do. They need to be aligned to the business strategy not just what’s easiest to measure. Time to give them some proper consideration. When we chase “likes” all brands become baby picture publishers and it accomplishes nothing.
