A huge mistake companies make about their customers is thinking we care about HOW they do something, when we just care about WHAT we need them to do. Six Flags Theme parks takes photos of you on rides, if you want a "digital" version of it, it's called an "INTERNET product". If you want to manage your booking on Avianca's website, it's under "electronic services". It's nuts. Think about what customers want to do, not the infrastructure you needed to develop to do it.
