It's amazing how many presentations I see shared inside a company that talk about all the great things they are doing, all the things that are going brilliantly and all only from the perspective of the Business. It would be more useful to also share presentations from a consumers perspective and that highlight all the threats, and what a company is getting wrong, yet I never see those. …see more
