Finding a place to rent in NYC should be easy. Why not have Floorplans and 10-20 images of each apartment online. Why not use some easy metadata to filter by.  Why not show availability dates. Get pre-clearance on affordability and credit.  And then have a way to make offers and arrange viewings. It should be deeply efficient and super simple and customer centric.  Many people have tried to make this vision, but people get in the way.
