The worst website there is to buy CPG/FMCG/Food/Clothing on the planet is Amazon. The choice architecture, the labelling, the search, the complex subbrands for supply, the marketplace and it's dodgyness, and all insanely complex.   The payment part is a breeze, customer service great, but that's it!
