Realistically it’s probably not a “Digital Transformation” strategy you need.  You probably first need to redefine/confirm your companies entire reason to exist in the modern age.  The role it has, the attributes it can leverage, the permission it has in people's lives.    And then probably completely rebuild/reengineer it from the ground up, based on new thinking, technology and tools.  Most “Digital transformation” is too surface level to do anything except buy time.  If you like this thinking, you may like my book.  https://lnkd.in/eeGtW8z …see more
