It's going to be interesting to see what happens when a generation of people who can't afford to buy a house grow up in an age when smaller, portable homes can be built cheaply, quickly and with solar power/ large batteries and where sewerage and water generation is easy. We will have the internet everywhere and jobs where telecommuting is more popular than ever.
