The societal effects of Instagram are really starting to freak me out. Endless people broadcasting their lives, seeking validation and followers & accidentally courting envy. Worries me greatly for well balanced 30+ year olds, but scares me more for younger folk. Maybe I'm wrong, but seems we should live life, not broadcast it.
