When we've understood the power of "digital stuff" we won't be printing out airline boarding passes like in 2005, or have mobile boarding passes like 2015, we won't have passes at all. Tech will only be here when it vanishes. It means we stop digitizing old processes and metaphors and constructs of the analogue world, but we build around the new possibilities of what is now possible from scratch.
