A sector we don't think about change that much in is home building. I'm stunned there is not a big revolution towards more modern, off site fabricated, far cheaper, far "smarter" and more Tech centric , assembled homes. Everything about the industry from building codes to the sales process to mortgage evaluations seems to have never been re:evaluated for modern age and future living and societal norms.
