I fly a lot. I am amazed at how well run most airlines are. I virtually never suffer cancelled flights, delays are rare and short and equipment failures unusual. When they happen I tolerate it all and unexpectedly happily. But the one thing that routinely staggers me is how awful airlines are at communicating.
