The two most annoying things in advertising at the moment. #1 The endless stupid use of the expression "storytelling". It shows that we don't have any understanding of what we do or how real people actually function in the world. #2 The misguided belief that we've incredible amounts of data, that it's clean, easy to use, that we need more of it, and that everything must be "data driven".
