What's the ROI of "Street Cred?" 👀 Why do most #b2b companies completely fail to understand this concept? Street Cred is just a simple way of saying how much clout a brand carries - and while B2C companies like Yeti and Supreme have created entire EMPIRES out of understanding how street cred works, most B2B companies simply struggle because they've lost the humanity in the technicality. But unless you are LITERALLY selling to robots, you can't afford to ignore your street cred. There is an absurd focus on ABM and "data" and not enough on earned media, courting influencers, creating brand partnerships. Let's dig deeper into Yeti as an example. They sell...thermal coolers. During the pandemic, when a company selling luxury coolers for $300 bucks should have tanked, they excelled. Why? Street Cred.
