I'm always surprised why we all don't say enough "Thank You" to our team members and recognize their efforts more often. A lot of times we only do that when we are about to lose them. Based on the Behavioral Change models and Children Training guidelines, we know regular and small pat on the back will help individuals to learn and repeat a good behavior.
