I don’t have money, I don’t control it, I have men who can take care of it/me, I find it boring - these are common excuses for why women don’t learn about money. In the past week, I was invited to speak to 18-20 year old students from a ‘lower strata’ and 45-70 year old ladies in one of the poshest locations. The message was the same - I am trying to make it easy and fun to learn about money, but you should want to learn. (My current podcast is stories about women who took charge.)
