Things I don't let my org do: - Work and/or answer emails at night and/or weekends - Get randomized by other people/orgs - Juggle multiple things at once I'm religious about these rules to the point of fanaticism. The ONLY times they get broken are rare edge cases (a big launch that requires off-hours work). Otherwise, I'm simply not running the business the right way, and that gets fixed STAT.
