I've said this before, but it merits repeating: If folks are leaving your team/org/company, the first thing you should do is be introspective about *why* people are leaving in the first place. Find the reasons that are driving them away, and then ruthlessly eliminate them. Blaming others for recruiting your folks away is a complete waste of time.
