What are you working on for the rest of 2020? For me, it’s doubling down and continuing to spread the Indistractable message. I worry people are adopting an unhealthy and ill-informed view of technology and I want to provide a different narrative. Movies like the #TheSocialDilemma have given people easy, oversimplified answers to some of society’s most complicated problems. Digital distraction and unhealthy relationships with technology are problems we should all be concerned about...but we’re NOT powerless. Every one of us has the ability to turn our backs on distraction, use technology to our benefit, and live up to our personal values.
