They’re in a state of constant reaction. Here’s what they’re NOT doing: Reflecting Very few people take time to temporarily step away from the urgent issues and reflect. The honest truth is that most of us are really good at solving our own problems. We’re familiar with the issues and have a general idea of how to address them. What’s missing is the time we need to reflect. For me, I love to write things out ✏️ I like to write out my problems, my questions, my issues, my concerns. Writing things out is what helps me digest complex issues and brainstorm solutions. But unless we make time to think and reflect, there’s no way to move forward. Make time to reflect.
