One study revealed that the average American spends 5.5 hours per day on leisure. That seems high, doesn’t it? Perhaps you’re thinking there’s no way you have that much free time. But think about this for just a moment 👇 Add up all the time you spend browsing the web, watching TV, and doing other miscellaneous non-work related tasks. This is the ultimate irony of distraction. We go through life in a frazzled race, accomplishing few of our priorities, and then when we do spend time on leisure, we don’t even enjoy it.
