Whenever you hear someone call an online product “addictive” or say that it is “hijacking your brain,” be cautious… they probably don’t know what they are talking about. Addiction is not quite so simple. We like to think that products are what cause addiction. That’s just not true. In fact, it’s actually a result of a combination of factors. Addiction is never just about the product. There’s always more to it!
