I just saw this and thought of apples and oranges. Though I know it was put forward to provoke thoughts, this simplification doesn't help us move forward. The figure on the right is full of health IT issues that do not require activities from patients or medical professionals. While the left one consists of digital health challenges we all need to address due to their impact on the cultural components of care. I understand that what healthcare workers NEED are the practicalities, but soon enough they won’t be able to do their job without addressing what experts THINK about digital health. Moreover, digital health IS NOT health IT.
