Today is the Day of Reconciliation in South Africa. We have made some strides to overcome the inequality and inequity in our young democracy but there is much more to do. Diversity and Inclusion is a problem for all of us around the world. Today is as good a day as any for us to reflect on how we can be more accepting of our differences and how we can build the bridges that will help realize a better life for all of us!
