Bootstrapping the #business or a lean startup sets the right culture and focuses on the right priorities. • Create the minimal viable product. #Design the product with minimal features. • Gather early feedback to rapidly iterate and further build the product. • Have a firm handle on your business expenses. Keep track of everything. • There are a gazillion social media apps available online. Be hands-on in building an authentic brand. • Outsource whatever is not your core competency or core to your business. • Create a team that is mission-focused with diverse skill sets. • Take rest.
