There is a great difference between Jeff Bezos and me, of course :-) apart from networth! I sleep for less than 6 hours a day, and I use PowerPoint to organise my thinking on everything. Bezos doesn't like PowerPoint and likes to get 8 hours of sleep! A little nugget of wisdom from him - " As a senior executive, you are paid to make a small number of high-quality decisions."
