Andrew Grove, a legend to the engineers in the 80s, made massive successful #pivots - Taking Intel out of their dominant market, memory chips - Entering the new emerging market for microprocessors - Creating defensible competitive advantage that has lasted to this day While this year has been difficult for the society at large and for many of us in the start-up ecosystem, it has been especially difficult for founders.
