Good #judgement is one of the most important qualities in personal and professional life. There is no course or class to improve judgement. Life experiences are the teacher. We are never specifically rewarded for it. Though the results of good judgement are the obvious reward, I have never heard anyone say my #NewYearResolution is to have better judgement.
