When we talk about #innovation , we often think of innovation only at a scientific and product level. We know Apple has been great from a product innovation perspective. But not many talk about Apple from a retail innovation perspective. Apple has a dazzling 32-foot glass cube store with rainbow colours on 5th Avenue that is absolutely amazing. No Apple store has ever done that. I had recently visited another retail innovation by Apple in Washington DC, which is actually an old library converted into the Apple store. First of all, I love #libraries and then there is something about going to an old library and being able to explore new products.
