They were both brilliant. Great friends. Then co-founders. And then couldn’t stand each other. There is always only one spot at the top. Parted ways with wounded feelings. Overtime they healed and became friends again but never again colleagues. The arc of this story is familiar to most. Today’s founders can learn from it while starting up. Relationships get severely stressed in #startups when cofounders have similar skills and clear leader is not acknowledged upfront.
