The Fourth Industrial Revolution is inevitable, and it is easy to be scared with the prospects of millions and billions of people being rendered jobless. It is a fundamental fact that Artificial Intelligence & Automation will take away human jobs. Yet it is also undisputed that it will bring substantial increase in productivity, efficiency, accuracy and safety in workplaces. I like the following quote from the article for the hope it offers, "the world will always need human brilliance, human ingenuity and human skills" I believe we need to collectively think, embrace and be prepared to create positive change instead of being despondant to the rapid social changes that are ahead. What should the government be doing to help this transformation. How should the education systems prepare future citizens?
