Times like these prove why you need a diverse team. 👇🏾 ❌ Not because of racial issues (although some companies are hurting now because of a lack of diversity). There was a fitness company in Wisconsin that created an "I can't breathe" workout program. I'm not sure who approved that or how anyone could think that is okay. There are #esports organizations getting backlash for #blm statements because their teams don’t reflect those statements. But here's the thing: ✅ Every team (business, sports, everything)... will face a diverse set of issues. A diverse team will be able to creatively solve those issues. Diversity does NOT mean black.
