Diversity and inclusion isn't just a black issue. It isn't just a white issue. It isn't just a female issue. It's an everybody issue. People seem to forget that there are gatekeepers of power. ALWAYS. So attacking those gatekeepers gets us nowhere as a society and nowhere as professionals. We have to work together. We have to give everyone a seat at the table.
