Unpopular belief ...👇🏾 💰When you take a check from someone... that's real. So many "agencies" out there are not enough taking that seriously. You have to get your clients results. Crazy right!? 😅 One of our clients sent our team an email before we flew out to NY this week. It basically said this, 'I'm expecting a lot from this partnership." It fired me up [in a good way]! But also got me thinking... there are so many people starting companies just because they found success personally. You have to be able to replicate & take them where you're promising you can. ✅ I started my first company when I was 22. It didn't go well. So I started another. I learned a lot. Failed. And now I'm on my third with a team of 8. I learned, the hard way, how important processes & systems are. ✅ When I was younger I thought people owed me a chance. But I had to earn it. I had to create something that people NEEDED to buy. And something that gets results. Just something to think about. (Also...
