Something I struggle with personally is this: "Why do people want to hear me talk?" "Why do people want to watch my videos?" "Why do they want to read my blogs?" Everyone says "put yourself out there." Or "tell your story." I'm guilty of it too. But not enough people talk about how doing those things should also be for the benefit of other people. Popularity is cool. But it comes and goes. Value lasts. So strive to bring value to other people.
