Content creation is like running a business. 💰💰💰 Retention is crucial. You can gain followers all day, everyday. But if you don't keep them there then you won't have much success. ✔️ Give people a reason to keep coming back. ✔️ Provide space for them to participate. ✔️ Build an environment that is safe for them to participate. ✔️ Make sure they get value. It should be about them more than it is about you. Also give them space to bring value. ✔️ What would you add? When we first started our company, all of our focus went into gaining new clients (as it should have). Then we built a team that helped and allowed us to bring more value to our clients, improving our services, etc. Just like you wouldn't expect a client to stick around if you're providing a sub-par service... don't expect your followers to stick around.
