Don't strive to be an influencer... strive to influence people. Thought leader > Influencer. There's a big difference 👇🏾 All thought leaders are influencers. But not all influencers are thought leaders. A big focus for me in this next decade is to become more useful. And to build more thought leadership around my cluster of skills. When I was 21, I was confused about who I was and what I wanted to do. I read a blog that said something along the lines of this: identify 3-5 skills/passions and master the intersection between those.
