Community is a large reason why our company was just voted one of Wisconsin's "Coolest Companies" and why we have grown to where we are. I had a conversation with someone recently, "I love your company. But because I identify as a misfit. I always have." They were able to see themselves in our story. I want to push people to build their own communities. Facebook has already made a shift to building its platform around its group's feature. And in the future, I imagine niche communities will play a bigger role in social media.
