This was my 1st LinkedIn video 👇🏽 It was uploaded almost 2 years ago. I've been thinking a lot about the evolution I've gone through as a creator and creators that I've watched fall off during that time as well. A big issue that I see is this: way too much focus on trying to get new followers. Not enough focus on retaining the following that you have cultivated/are cultivating. Building a following is great.
