🛑 I'm done saying "build" your personal brand. 🛑 Especially to young people. It's so easy to buy into this idea that we need to have everything figured out, all the time, at all times. And that's never going to happen. The most successful people, when it comes to personal branding, their success is rooted in a deep sense of self-awareness. And they then use social media as an extension to expose that. Social media is just meant to be an extension. Your personal brand is the same. And the better you know yourself the more success you're going to have online. "Build a brand" is confusing to a lot of people.
