When C-level leaders of pharma companies or healthcare organizations ask me what I would do if I were them, I always say first I'd set up a patient advisory board on the highest level of decision-making in the company. How can I possibly think that it's possible to develop anything for patients without actively involving them? I don't have to tell you, I haven't made a lot of friends in the industry.
