Curiosity can be defined as a strong desire to know or learn something. But it’s so much more than that. When you’re curious, you’re open. Open to exploring new ideas, experiences, and possibilities, and to meeting new people and learning new things. Shifting your mindset to one of curiosity means that you view the world through what’s possible, not merely what is. Suddenly, opportunities are everywhere. You’re stretching your boundaries, considering— and trying—new things, solutions, and methodologies. You get in the habit of asking yourself and your colleagues, “What if?” and then together act on those insights. You naturally become more positive, which attracts interesting people into your world with whom you can collaborate. And the best thing about having curiosity? You transform into a lifelong learner, which will make you a better—and more valued leader. #leadership #business #success #mindset #professionaldevelopment #relationships #communication #growth #softskills #career #curiosity #HumansFirst #growthmindset #open
