I'm quite dissappointed with the Omron Heartguide smartwatch, the first smartwatch to measure blood pressure continuously and the reason is not even related to not being able to use the app outside the US (!!). I also compared it to Omron's regular blood pressure cuff and they pretty much differ in measurements. It obviously doesn’t fit the definition of comfortable and for 24/7 use, and I cannot imagine someone wearing it all day long unless for self-defense or arm muscle-building purposes. This is a bulky watch for the male user.
