For thousands of peaceful protesters across this great country, the George Floyd tragedy has done more than unleash legitimate anger and genuine frustration with continued injustice and blatant discrimination. It also highlights deep challenges of unequal access, lack of participation and limited opportunities faced by significant segments of our population.
