Passion is one of those qualities you CAN’T spot in a CV. We sourcers have to spot it ourselves. Some activities suggest passion: Being active on professional forums Writing blogs or speaking in events Relevant hobbies connected to your profession And sometimes it’s just the way you talk about what you do that makes you shine. Passion is that one quality we want ALL employees to have. Figure out why you like what you do, and talk about it in interviews.
