Ghosting has to stop. A company gets in touch with you, inquires about your availability, and then - poof. Vanishes. You go to a job interview, you feel OK/good about the process, they tell you they’ll be in touch. And then… crickets. It’s not only companies. Candidates do that all the time. Answering and then ignoring, scheduling a job interview and not showing up, not returning any calls. Ghosting usually saves you 1-2 minutes of inconvenience. But it brands you as a douche forever.
