Finding a job used to be about finding a great PLACE to work in. The culture, the environment, colleagues - for most of the people I sourced, those were more important than their salary. Job seekers are looking for something totally different now. The focus is now on the work itself. You feel it with every candidate’s question. It’s less about feeling like a part of a community, and more about the job itself, how interesting and satisfying it can be, and how comfortable you feel doing it from a distance.
