Why are we looking for “adaptive to change” people?🤔 Adaptive challenges refer to situations where there are no known solutions to the problem or cases where there are too many solutions but no clear choices. Adaptive challenges are by nature, adaptive, which also means they are fluid and change with circumstances. The coronavirus situation caused a lot of uncertainty, suddenly companies had to change everything in a second without base knowledge. The companies and people who won’t adjust fast will fail. And this is why we hire “adapters”. We are 3 steps ahead of everyone else, with new creative ideas because of it.
