The last question I've been asking potential interns: "What do you think is missing on your resume?" Top answer: "Well I don't have an internship from a big brand name yet." I don't care. Big names don't mean anything to me or most people for that matter. I care about how hard you work, how adaptable you are, and what skills you've been able to prove in the past.
