As colleges are finishing up #graduations, most graduates will starting at the "entry level". I've seen so many of my friends job-hop, thinking that they will rise up the ranks faster.  Churning through companies doesn't mean you are on an upward trajectory. Most of these switches after 12-18 months at one company are to a similar level position. And then they get mad when their work isn't #meaningful .  To my fellow recent grads: How about we focus on the #impact of our work and the value we brought to a company  - over -  what title we have and the number of months we have been there.  We ARE acting entitled.
