"I had made it very clear that if they move the price by a penny, I won’t do it. This was a showstopper for me. So I told them to get on the phone to their CEO and sort this out. We walked out of the office and left them in there and I could hear heated conversations in Dutch. Then they called me back in and said, “We’ve spoken to Max and he agrees that it’s a showstopper.
